We celebrate these leaders' high-caliber work, innovation, and passion, and look forward to seeing what they accomplish next! Caitlin Reiche, Chief Commercial Officer at Zus Health
After completing a master’s from Havard’s T. H Chan School of Public Health, Caitlin began her healthtech journey in product strategy management at athenahealth in 2012. Since athenahealth was growing rapidly at the time, she took on various roles from product to corporate strategy and sales during her 5+ years at the company. After that, Caitlin worked as the VP Strategy at PatientPop and then Chief Operating Officer at Buoy Health, where she grew the company from 24 to more than 100 people. Currently, she is the Chief Commercial Officer at Zus Health, a healthcare data platform, where she’s responsible for building out the marketing functions, business development teams, and partnerships community.
Cooper Zelnick, Chief Revenue Officer at Groups Recover Together
Since joining Groups Recover Together, which offers care and treatment programs that help people overcome opioid addiction, in 2017, Cooper has held a number of roles from Chief of Staff to Chief Strategy Officer. Now, as the Chief Revenue Officer, he’s responsible for business development, marketing, value-based contracting and partner success at Groups. Previously, Cooper was an investor at RRE Ventures, where he focused on healthcare and fintech.
Mona Potter, Chief Medical Officer and Co-founder at InStride Health
After nearly two decades of training and working in the McLean Hospital and Harvard Medical School system, Mona co-founded InStride Health in 2021 to provide pediatric anxiety and OCD care for kids, teens, and young adults. Currently, she is the Chief Medical Officer, where she combines academic medicine, tech, and operational expertise to ensure access to top-notch mental healthcare. She is also a part-time Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Prior to InStride, she was the Medical Director at McLean Hospital, where she co-founded several programs, including the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program (MAMP) and McLean School Consultation Service.
Bradford Diephuis, Chief Business Officer at Thyme Care
Brad is a primary care physician and Chief Business Officer at Thyme Care, the leading value-based cancer care partner, collaborating with payers and providers to transform the experience and outcomes for individuals living with cancer.
Brad previously served as a Senior Advisor at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), where he helped lead the development of Medicare’s vision for future total cost of care alternative payment models. Early in his career, he co-founded an early-stage health IT startup Herald Health, which Persistent Systems later acquired. Brad is clinically trained in internal medicine from Brigham and Women’s Hospital and has received an BA/MS in electrical engineering and computer science, and an MD/MBA degree from Harvard University. He maintains a small primary care practice in Boston, MA.
Duncan Reece, President at Oxeon
Duncan started his career in the field of investment management before shifting gears to work as an operator in high-growth healthcare companies. With more than 15 years of experience, the seasoned operating executive was previously co-founder and COO at Cohere Health, and Executive Vice President of Market Operations at Iora Health. Currently, as Partner and President at Oxeon – a healthcare firm that offers talent solutions, makes investments and launches new health businesses – Duncan is spearheading the Oxeon Venture studio as well as operations for the company’s proprietary data platform.
Ben Hall, SVP Product & Technology at Author Health
As SVP of Product & Technology at mental healthcare startup Author Health, Ben is responsible for leading and implementing the company’s product vision across platforms and technologies. Before joining Author Health, he was the SVP Head of Product at Eleanor Health, where he helped launch and scale the startup. Previously, he was Head of Product Strategy and Corporate Development at Formativ Health and Director, Corporate Development at Athenahealth. Ben graduated from Harvard and holds an MBA in entrepreneurship and finance from Babson College’s F.W. Olin School.
Monna Nanavati, COO at Devoted
Monna is the Chief Operating Officer at Devoted Health, an insurtech offering an array of healthcare services to older Americans. Prior to joining Devoted in 2019, Monna was the COO at Docent Health and spent nearly 15 years in various director roles at athenahealth. She holds an MBA from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Boston University.
Amy Flaster, Chief Medical Officer at ConcertoCare
Dr. Amy Flaster is an experienced value-based care strategist, internal medicine physician, and instructor of medicine. Currently, she is the Chief Medical Officer at ConcertoCare, where she leads clinical strategy and operations for the startup’s in-home healthcare services for seniors as it develops its tech-enabled product offerings and expands its national footprint. Amy oversees more than 100 clinical staff in delivering high quality and comprehensive at-home healthcare programs. Prior to joining ConcertoCare, she was Senior Vice President of Population Health at Health Catalyst and Associate Medical Director of Partners Healthcare.
Scott Andrews, Chief Delivery & Operations Officer at Kyruus Health
For more than 25 years, Scott has brought his financial, operational and customer services leadership expertise to the healthcare industry. Currently, he's the Chief Delivery & Operations Officer at Kyruus Health, an end-to-end data management platform for health systems, medical groups, and health plans, streamlining organizational processes and making patient experiences smoother than ever. Prior to Kyruus, Scott was at athenahealth for 17 years where he worked in various leadership roles in client services, operations, and finance.
Elizabeth Hart, Chief Customer & Patient Engagement Officer at Eleanor Health
Elizabeth brings over 20 years of experience in driving revenue and profitability growth through customer acquisition and engagement to her role as Chief Customer & Patient Engagement Officer at Eleanor Health. She started her career establishing new consumer businesses across various industries before entering the healthcare industry. Previously, Elizabeth was the VP of Patient Engagement at Everside Health and held several leadership positions at Cigna.
Deborah Yolin, VP of Clinical Operations at Community Health Options
Over the past decade, Deborah has worked in various executive roles that involved designing value-based care models, managing medical expenses, driving operational efficiency and developing innovation strategies at firms such as Ready, Community Care Cooperative, and Steward Health Care Network. She's played a key role in driving operational efficiencies and performance in highly complex multi-payer health systems and early-stage startups. Currently, Deborah brings her operational leadership expertise as VP of Clinical Operations at Community Health Options, which offers health plans to individuals, families and businesses.
Jennifer Rabiner, CPO at Pearl Health
Jennifer Rabiner is Chief Product Officer at Pearl Health, a healthcare technology company with a mission to help primary care organizations deliver more proactive, whole-patient care through data insights, financial tools, and practice enablement technology. She leads all facets of the customer experience through the leadership of the Product Management, Experience Design, Customer Success, and Performance Operations teams. Jennifer’s career is focused on how to better align healthcare reimbursement with patient-centric care delivery. Prior to joining Pearl Health, her product experience spans value-based care at athenahealth and direct primary care at Hint Health. Jennifer’s experience also includes healthcare revenue cycle process optimization and system implementation at Deloitte Consulting and Triage Consulting Group, as well as oncology market access at Millennium Pharmaceuticals. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a B.A. in Social Welfare from the University of California at Berkeley.
Mary Lantin, Former GM at Availity, Board of Clarify Health
Mary has been in the healthcare tech game for more than two decades, gaining a wealth of experience in strategic development, business transformation, developing performance-driven solutions, and scaling operations. Previously, she was General Manager of Availity Clinical Solutions, President and Chief Operating Officer at Diameter Health, and President and General Manager at Optum Analytics for Payer and Provider Solutions. Recently, she was appointed to the Board of Directors of Clarify Health, an enterprise data and analytics platform company that enables providers, payers, and other healthcare organizations to improve healthcare access, affordability, and outcomes. Mary has a Bachelor’s from Princeton University and a Master’s in Health Policy and Management from Harvard.
Jason Bent, VP of Business Operations & Finance at Zus Health
Jason currently serves as Vice President of Business Operations & Finance at Zus Health. Zus is a next-gen shared health data platform designed to accelerate healthcare data interoperability by providing easy-to-use patient data at the point of care. Jason began his career as a consultant at Charles River Associates working with healthcare and technology companies. After completing an MBA at The Wharton School he joined the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley, where he covered healthcare companies including Moderna, Cigna, Oscar Health, and Alignment Health. In this role he had a front row seat to witness the digital health investment boom of 2020/21. Since 2021, he’s been in Boston working at Zus Health, where he leads Business Operations & Finance.
Marianna Zaslavsky, VP, Value-Based Payer Contracting & Partnerships at Groups Recover Together
Before starting her career in healthcare and digital health, Marianna worked in partnerships and business development at retail and marketing tech startups as well as at investment and private banking firms. In 2018, she founded the fertility insurance company Norka Health. Since then, Marianna has gained expertise in healthcare partnerships, payer strategy and value-based contracting at companies like Ready Responders and Modern Fertility. At the moment, she is the VP of Value-Based Payer Contracting & Partnerships at Groups Recover Together and an advisor to Flourish Care.
Corrin Arone, Chief Growth Officer at Eleanor Health
Corrin is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As the Chief Growth Officer at addiction and mental health care provider Eleanor Health, she’s leading charge in strategic initiatives that fuel the startup’s expansion, innovation, and impact. Prior to Eleanor Health, she was the VP of the Population Health & Value-based Care division at Interwell Health and VP of Value-based Care Programs at Fresenius Medical Care North America. Corrin is passionate about building partnerships and developing innovative solutions that improve outcomes for complex patient populations.
Elif Eracar, Chief Client Experience Officer at Cohere Health
With over 20 years of experience, Elif leads all aspects of Cohere Health’s end-to-end client delivery operations, including integrations and solutions engineering, implementation, business process consulting, customer success, and delivery quality. Elif was a founding employee at Amwell, where she was responsible for product management, all aspects of client delivery, and customer support. She then moved on to serve as the Chief Customer Officer at Redox. Most recently, Elif held COO and CGO positions with TALON and WLT Software, respectively. Elif holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Northeastern University.
Chris Kirby, General Counsel at PathAI
Chris has more than 20 years of legal and business management experience within healthcare and life sciences. These days, he’s General Counsel at PathAI, a startup developing AI-powered solutions for pathology. Prior to this role, Chris was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Boston Children’s Hospital. Previously, he held several leadership roles at forma therapeutics and Genzyme Corporation.
Gail Airasian, Chief Strategy Officer at Kyruus Health
Throughout her career, Gail has been continually drawn to roles where healthcare meets technology, motivated to make healthcare more accessible and effective for everyone. As Chief Strategy Officer at Kyruss Health, Gail is the brain behind business development, mergers and acquisitions, and making sure the company expands to new markets. Before Kyruus Health, she was the vice president of Sales and Service at Flatiron Health and the Executive Director of Client Solutions at athenahealth, where she worked for 10 years.
